Community behavior is one of the factors that affect the degree of public health because a healthy or unhealthy environment for individual, family and community health is highly dependent on human behavior itself. This research is analytic observational with data collection techniques in cluster sampling on the community in Jalan Matahari, Somba Opu District with a total sample of 30 respondents. This research was carried out on March 16 to March 30, 2021. The results of this study indicate that from 30 respondents the results of the Fisher's exact test were obtained on knowledge, the significance value was 0.026 for 2-sided and 0.154 for 1-sided, Pearson Chi-Square test on attitude the significant value is 0.491 and the Pearson Chi-Square test on facilities and infrastructure has a significant value of 0.919. Based on the results of the research on factors of knowledge, attitudes, facilities and infrastructure that have a p value> 0.05, it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between these three factors and community behavior in implementing health protocols as an effort to prevent Covid-19 transmission on Jalan Matahari, Somba District. Opu, so it is recommended that every community can pay attention to their behavior again
