THE EFFECT OF FAMILY KNOWLEDGE AND SUPPORT ON IMMUNIZATION COMPLIANCE AT THE POSYANDU BUNGABIRAENG, SOUTH BONTOBIRAENG VILLAGE, DISTRICT BONTONOMPO KABUPATEN GOWA

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge and family support on immunization compliance at the Bungabiraeng Posyandu, South Bontobiraeng Village, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. The research design used was an analytical description research with a cross-sectional study. By collecting data using a questionnaire and using multiple linear regression test using t test. The results of the research respondents who had good knowledge about immunization compliance as many as 22 (73.3%) respondents, and 8 (26.7%) respondents lacked knowledge about immunization compliance. And good family support regarding immunization compliance as many as 29 (96.7%) respondents, and poor family support regarding immunization compliance as many as 1 (3.3%). As well as good immunization compliance as many as 26 (86.7%) respondents, and poor immunization compliance as many as 4 (13.3%). Based on the research results of respondents' knowledge of mothers and family support on compliance with complete basic immunizations for toddlers. The results of statistical analysis with a regression test with a value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 means that there is an influence of maternal knowledge and family support on compliance with complete basic immunization for children under five at the Bungabiraeng Posyandu, South Bontobiraeng Village, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency.
