PENGARUH DISCHARGE PLANNING TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN TENTANG PELAYANAN KEPERAWATAN DI RUANGAN INTERNA RSUD LABUANG BAJI MAKASSAR

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discharge planning on patient satisfaction regarding nursing services in the internal room of RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar. The research design used is Analytical with a Cross Sectional Study approach. This research was conducted on April 12 – June 11, 2021. The results of this study were obtained using a questionnaire sheet, with a total sample of 32 respondents. Sampling using porvosive sampling technique. After conducting the research, the data was then processed using the SPSS computer program. From the results of the Chi-Square Tests statistical test, it is obtained that the Asymptotic Significance (2-sided) value is 0.011 < 0.05 and t count > t table (6.400 > 44.99) means H_o is rejected and H_i is accepted. Thus there is an effect of Discharge Planning on patient satisfaction regarding nursing services in the Internal Room of Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of Discharge Planning on patient satisfaction regarding nursing services in the Internal Room of Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar, to increase patient satisfaction, it is better to optimize the quality of discharge planning services regarding nursing services
