The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between community knowledge and the incidence of Osteoathritis at the Bontomarannu Health Center. The design used was an analytical survey method with a Cross Sectional Study approach, the sample in this study was all people in the Bontomarannu Health Center area. person. Data processing using SPSS version 20 computer program with Chi-Square statistical test and Fisher's Exact Test. Based on the results of the study from 31 respondents, 1 (16.1%) respondents had good knowledge and experienced the incidence of osteoarthritis, while 5 (6.5%) respondents had good knowledge and did not experience osteoarthritis. Other data in this study showed that as many as 20 (71.0%) respondents had poor knowledge and also experienced the incidence of osteoarthritis, while 5 (6.5%) other respondents had less knowledge and did not experience osteoarthritis. From the statistical test results of the Chi-Square Test with Fisher's Exact Test, the value of = 0.007 < = 0.05. Because < , Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so the result is that there is a relationship between public knowledge and the incidence of osteoarthritis at the Bontomarannu Health Center. It is recommended for the community to further increase knowledge of the problem of the incidence of osteoarthritis so as to avoid and prevent the problem of the incidence of osteoarthritis
