Vol. 2 No. 06 (2021): INFLUENCE OF QUALITY OF NURSING SERVICES ON INPATIENT SATISFACTION IN LABUANG BAJI MAKASSAR HOSPITAL

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of nursing services on the satisfaction of inpatients at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar. The research design used is Analytical with a Cross Sectional Study approach. The results of this study were obtained using a questionnaire sheet, with a total sample of 31 respondents. Sampling with accidental sampling technique. From the results of bivariate analysis using the chi-square test, there is an effect where the quality of nursing services is obtained (p = 0.000 < value = 0.05), patient satisfaction is obtained (p = 0.000 < value = 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of the quality of nursing services on the satisfaction of inpatients at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar. Suggestions for hospitals, namely the results of this study can be used as input and information for hospital managers, namely the results of this study can be used as input and information for hospital managers to improve their nursing facilities and services.
