PENGARUH SUPERVISI KEPERAWATAN TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT DI RSUD LABUANG BAJI MAKASSAR

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nursing supervision on the performance of nurses at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar. The research design used is analytic with a Cross Sectional Study approach. The results of this study were obtained by using a questionnaire sheet with a total sample of 76 respondents. Sampling by means of Simple Random Sampling. The results of the bivariate analysis of Fisher's exact test showed that there was a relationship between Nursing Supervision on Nurse Performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and the T-test obtained a t-count> t table (2.639> 1.9925), so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect. Nursing Supervision of Nurse Performance in Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar. The conclusion of this study is that Nursing Supervision has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar.
